Hey, thanks! Unfortunately, I’m not aware of any other sites that do quite the same thing as me, which is why I started this blog in the first place.
Cracked and Mental Floss do the “fun things you didn’t know about” stuff, of course, which is what drew me in to writing with both of them. io9.com does a lot of interesting tidbits as well, but they tend to cast a much wider net than I do, as I try to stick more closely to creepy and strange things (though I would totally write for them if given the chance). And even then, of those three, only Cracked does the comedy angle.
Don’t get me wrong. This blog isn’t even exactly how I envisioned it (I’d like to update daily, have more variety in content, things like that, but paying work has to come first) so if there was a site out there like mine, I would totally follow it.
